The information can also (depending on your privacy settings at Facebook) be published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook and your rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the Facebook privacy statement. If you do not want Facebook to link the data collected via our website directly to your Facebook profile, you must first log out of Facebook when you visit our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of the Facebook plugins with add-ons for your browser.

Pinterest

Our website uses plugins of the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Inc., 635 High Street, Palo Alto, CA, USA ("Pinterest"). The plugins are marked with a Pinterest logo, for example in the shape of a red "P". When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Pinterest's servers. Use of Google Adwords Conversions Tracking

We use the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and as part of Google AdWords conversion tracking. Google Conversions Tracking is an analysis service from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").

If you click on an ad linked from Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your hard drive. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not retain any personal data, nor do they serve for personal identification.

If you visit certain internet sites on our website and the cookie is not yet invalid, Google and we can recognize that you have clicked on the ad and were forwarded to this site. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.

This information, which can be tracked with the help of the conversion cookie, should in fact evaluate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have also decided to use conversion tracking.

This notifies customers of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a site equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can personally identify themselves.

If you do not want to participate in this tracking system, you can revoke its use if you prevent the installation of cookies by a specific setting in your browser software (de-activation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

For this purpose, the Facebook remarketing tag was implemented on this website. During the visit to the website, a direct connection to the Facebook servers is established via this tag. The Facebook server will be informed that you have visited this website and Facebook will link this information with your personal Facebook account.

More information about the collection and use of your data by Facebook, as well as about your rights and options to protect your privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy under:

https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

Alternatively, you can use the remarketing function “custom audiences” under

You can revoke the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time without incurring other than the corresponding postage via basic rate. A communication by post or email to the contact address listed under the basic principles is sufficient for this.

If you cancel the order, the data stored with us will be deleted.

In the case of an ordered closure, all data resulting from this contract will be stored for the duration of the tax retention legislation (7 years). Possibly also longer if there is a well-founded interest in this.

If you pay with us with a credit card, your credit card details will not be collected, stored and processed by us, but directly by our payment service provider Mollie.

b) ensuring that the communication, administration, customer relationship management, invoicing and collection of claims arising from the post-payment service proceed in a correct manner;
c) the prevention, detection and combating of fraud or irregularities;
d) Approaching you for (direct) marketing purposes, provided this is done within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation.

For a complete overview of the processing that takes place when paying afterwards, we refer you to the Privacy Statement of the payment provider you have chosen.

Log files

With every call-up to our sites, user data is transmitted by every Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The data files stored here retain the following data: date and time of the call, name of the site visited, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you came to the website), the amount of data transferred, as well as product and version information of the browser used.

These log file data files are evaluated by us in order to further improve our offer and our shop and to make them more user-friendly, to be able to identify and resolve errors more quickly and to manage our server capacity.

At the same time, we use log file data files to fend off hacker attacks on our shop, e.g. as part of so-called distributed denial of service attacks, which are intended to block access to our shop by nuisance with requests.

Collection of data when registering for the newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will save the information you provided when you registered and use this information for our own advertising by email. In order to provide you with information in a targeted manner, we also collect and process the voluntarily submitted data from you.

Your e-mail address and other data provided during registration for the newsletter will not be passed on to other companies.

You can easily revoke your consent to the promotional use of your e-mail address at any time (e.g. by e-mail to [email protected]), or via a link called "Unsubscribe", which is provided in all sent promotional emails. This cancellation will of course take place without incurring other costs than the shipping costs according to the basic rate.
