We use Google Analytics, an internal analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google") (1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA;).
Our website uses plugins of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the suffix "social plugin from Facebook" or. "Facebook Social Plugin". You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance here. When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted from Facebook directly to your browser and incorporated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged in to Facebook.
This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can link the visit to our website directly with your Facebook profile. If you respond to the plugins, for example by clicking on the "like" button or by commenting, this information will also be transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information can also (depending on your privacy settings at Facebook) be published on your Facebook profile and shown to your Facebook friends. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook and your rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the Facebook privacy statement. If you do not want Facebook to link the data collected via our website directly to your Facebook profile, you must first log out of Facebook when you visit our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of the Facebook plugins with add-ons for your browser.
Our website uses plugins of the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Inc., 635 High Street, Palo Alto, CA, USA ("Pinterest"). The plugins are marked with a Pinterest logo, for example in the shape of a red "P". When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Pinterest's servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Pinterest directly to your browser and included on the page. Through this integration, Pinterest receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Pinterest profile or are not currently logged in to Pinterest. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Pinterest server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Pinterest, Pinterest can directly link the visit to our website with your Pinterest account. If you respond to the plugins, for example by clicking the "Pin it" button, this information is also transmitted directly to a Pinterest server and stored there. The information will also be published on your Pinterest account and displayed there to your contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Pinterest and your rights and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in Pinterest's privacy statement. If you do not want Pinterest to link the data collected through our website directly to your Pinterest account, you must first log out of Pinterest when you visit our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of the Pinterest plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker NoScript.
Our website uses plugins of the social network Instagram, which is operated by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA.
If you are logged in to Instagram, you can link the content of our internet sites with your Instagram Profile by clicking the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to directly link the visit to our website with your Instagram account. We would like to point out that we as the provider of the sites have no knowledge of the content of the data transferred and their use by Instagram.
Use of Google Adwords Conversions Tracking
We use the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and as part of Google AdWords conversion tracking. Google Conversions Tracking is an analysis service from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
If you click on an ad linked from Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your hard drive. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not retain any personal data, nor do they serve for personal identification.
If you visit certain internet sites on our website and the cookie is not yet invalid, Google and we can recognize that you have clicked on the ad and were forwarded to this site. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.
This information, which can be tracked with the help of the conversion cookie, should in fact evaluate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have also decided to use conversion tracking.
This notifies customers of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a site equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can personally identify themselves.
If you do not want to participate in this tracking system, you can revoke its use if you prevent the installation of cookies by a specific setting in your browser software (de-activation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
This website uses the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” from Facebook Inc. ("Facebook"). This function is used to present interest-based advertisements ("Facebook Ads") to visitors to this website as part of their visit to the social network Facebook.
For this purpose, the Facebook remarketing tag was implemented on this website. During the visit to the website, a direct connection to the Facebook servers is established via this tag. The Facebook server will be informed that you have visited this website and Facebook will link this information with your personal Facebook account.
Alternatively, you can use the remarketing function “custom audiences” under
de-activate. However, you must be logged in to Facebook for this.
As part of retargeting and banner advertising, we use third-party services that place cookies on our site. This concerns the following provider like such:
Doubleclick by Google, Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; https://www.google.nl/intl/nl/policies/technologies/ads/
Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA; https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy

Collection of data with an order
During the ordering process we collect and store personal data (especially first and last name, address, telephone number and e-mail address). This information is primarily used to process your order and to be able to contact you in connection with the order. Before delivery, we pass on your personal data to the company that has been ordered to ship.
In addition to processing your data that serves to process your order, as well as for any return, we also use your data, which was collected during the ordering process, to keep in touch with you regarding post-selected marketing campaigns as well as for market research for our own purposes.
You can revoke the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time without incurring other than the corresponding postage via basic rate. A communication by post or email to the contact address listed under the basic principles is sufficient for this.
If you cancel the order, the data stored with us will be deleted.
In the case of an ordered closure, all data resulting from this contract will be stored for the duration of the tax retention legislation (7 years). Possibly also longer if there is a well-founded interest in this.
Storage of credit card information
If you pay with us with a credit card, your credit card details will not be collected, stored and processed by us, but directly by our payment service provider Mollie.
Facebook login during the ordering process
If you place your order using your Facebook login, we will collect and store your Facebook ID as part of your customer data. However, no information about your order will be passed on to Facebook.
Google login during the ordering process
If you place your order using your Google login, we collect your Google ID and store it as part of your customer data. However, no information about your order will be passed on to Google.
The personal data and/or company data that you provide to Kdooh in the context of an order that uses post-payment, are used by us - or by third parties to whom the claims are transferred - for, among other things:
a) risk analyzes and creditworthiness testing in order to avoid over-crediting;
b) ensuring that the communication, administration, customer relationship management, invoicing and collection of claims arising from the post-payment service proceed in a correct manner;
c) the prevention, detection and combating of fraud or irregularities;
d) Approaching you for (direct) marketing purposes, provided this is done within the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation.
For a complete overview of the processing that takes place when paying afterwards, we refer you to the Privacy Statement of the payment provider you have chosen.
With every call-up to our sites, user data is transmitted by every Internet browser and stored in log files, the so-called server log files. The data files stored here retain the following data: date and time of the call, name of the site visited, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you came to the website), the amount of data transferred, as well as product and version information of the browser used.
These log file data files are evaluated by us in order to further improve our offer and our shop and to make them more user-friendly, to be able to identify and resolve errors more quickly and to manage our server capacity.
At the same time, we use log file data files to fend off hacker attacks on our shop, e.g. as part of so-called distributed denial of service attacks, which are intended to block access to our shop by nuisance with requests.
Collection of data when registering for the newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will save the information you provided when you registered and use this information for our own advertising by email. In order to provide you with information in a targeted manner, we also collect and process the voluntarily submitted data from you.
Your e-mail address and other data provided during registration for the newsletter will not be passed on to other companies.
You can easily revoke your consent to the promotional use of your e-mail address at any time (e.g. by e-mail to [email protected]), or via a link called "Unsubscribe", which is provided in all sent promotional emails. This cancellation will of course take place without incurring other costs than the shipping costs according to the basic rate.
