Aglio, olio e peperoncino ..... "the dish of the poor" is how this pasta dish is called in Italy but SO TASTY!
Bamboo spoon, 500g pasta, can of peperoncino olive oil, 80g aglio peperoncino herbs (8 persons) in luxury jute gift bag.
- Scampis: Marinate the scampis, preferably one day in advance, in these herbs, oil and salt. Fry the scampis in a pan or grill pan. The flavors of the herbs come out perfectly during baking. Delicious with pasta, couscous or salad.
- Vegetables: Cut zucchini, bell pepper and red onion into large pieces / slices. Mix this with oil, salt and the herbs. Fry the vegetables alternately in a grill pan. Simple side dish to enjoy!
- Beef: Mix the spices with some oil and coat the steaks with the mixture. Let this soak for at least an hour, preferably even longer. Fry the steak as desired. Delicious from a grill pan or even better; of the barbecue!
- Tomato soup: Put tomatoes, onion, celery, herbs and some water in a pan. Boil for about an hour, then add parsley. Puree and strain, then add salt to taste. You have a delicious fresh tomato soup with a spicy taste!
