SPANISH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL MANZANILLA
The extra virgin olive oil from the Spanish delicatessen brand La Chinata is made from delicious Manzanilla olives. These olives are harvested in Sierra de Gata in Spain, a region in the north-east of the province of Cáceres. The olive oil has an intense yellow color, a soft sweet and fruity taste without sharp edge or bitterness. Typical of the south of Spain. It also has a very high content of essential fatty acids. This makes it ideal for use on salads with mozzarella, tomato, cucumber and oak leaf lettuce. But also for a delicate dish such as carpaccio, this oil is certainly not out of place.
